Por favor, ten en cuenta que trabajamos con una política de cancelación de, mínimo, 24 horas. Para reservar ciertas citas online es necesario pagar un DEPÓSITO de 10€ no reembolsable y que se descontará del precio total de la cita cuando vengas a la clínica. Si cancelas la cita con más de 24 horas, si te reembolsaremos el depósito. Para cualquier cambio o cancelación, puedes contactar con nosotros via email: info@madridhealth.com o por teléfono o Whatsapp en el 619 963 770.
Recibirás un email de confirmación cuando reserves la cita y un email recordatorio 48h antes de tu cita. Si no recibes ninguno de estos emails, por favor, ponte en contacto con nosotros.

Hi!
Just to let you know, we operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. To book certain appointments it's required to pay a non refundable €10 deposit that it's payment towards the full cost of the appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations (those ones made with less than 24 hour from your booking time) will mean that you loose the non-refundable deposit. Those cancellations or reschedules done with more than 24h will get their deposit back. Please notify us by phone (619 963 770) or email (info@madridhealth.com) if you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment.
You will receive email confirmation of your appointment at the time of booking and a reminder the 48h before. If you do not receive either of these please contact us.
